How do you do these camera shots? For example 2:43 camera is moving upwards, how does one achieve that?

I've been playing WOW for over 15 years, been following tens of channels dedicated to WOWs lore and gameplay. It's amazing how there are still things that I don't know about, I guess that's what makes wow so captivating.

I hope we can get more theories about troll tribes and such i would love to hear how gazzrila got into ZG

The plaguelands has always been my favorite areas in wow but I feel what you're getting at

Yeah I was reading through the wiki this week looking at how the Dwarves came to be, and how at the end of the War of the 3 Hammers Ragnaros was summoned by the Dark Irons which caused Redridge Mountains to become the Searing Gorge & the Burning Steppes. Just like Ragnaros, Neptulon was imprisioned by the titans following their war against the Black Empire, and while we don't know how or when Neptulon was freed again, with how closely tied the Gurubashi are to water through the Tidestone, maybe they had some hand in the ritual to free him. I think it'd make a lot of sense that in the Sundering the Gurubashi delved into their forbidden lore, seeking to summon Neptulon to protect them from the Sundering, in return for his freedom he'd grant them a piece of his powers through the Tidestone so long as they didn't misuse it or something, when they did misuse it he punished them, but he still kept to the deal, sending them the Tidestone every so often.

And there it his! Haven't seen it yet, but am looking forward to it!

Watching your videos makes me very nostalgic and makes me want to play Vanilla wow again. But I know it would NOT be the same. I also no longer agree with Activision/Blizzard, so I can't morally give them more money. But I will always have a Love for the game "World of Warcraft". I played this game since its 2nd year, close to the release of the TBC up to DragonFlight, up to the Bronze Dragonflight patch....but I can't. No more Retail wow. But I often want to play the old game up to before Cataclism.

Would be cool if you made a retcon video(s) from the lore established in WCIII and before to WOW (like the miracle of the dark portal that was destroyed in WCII and opened in BC somehow, considering that Kaelthas went to Draenor via Dalaran). Or the high elven druidism. Great video subbed.

for me its durotar to barrens stonetalon and ashenvale doinf the dungeons

playing night elf or draenei and following the scythe of elune quest from ashenvale to duskwood is a really, really awesome adventure!

Hilarious to see this just as I start a brand new Human to powerlevel so I can get the heritage armor set at 50 - I have such fond memories of Milly Osbourne's vineyard, fighting Goldtooth in the Fargodeep Mine (before Cata put him on top of it and made him easier to find, sigh), getting mobbed by murlocs in the Eastvale Logging Camp. And Ol' Blanchy in Westfall! The Saldean's Farm! So many memories, but honestly, the main one is the _awesome starting zone music_ that I will never forgive Blizzard for changing in Cata. I make sure to have it running in a background browser window while I level, it's too vital to the experience to *not* have it. :D Only the draenei starting zone music is better, haha

Classic has so much of this, so much that was intended but never finished... Uldum, or rather the gates to Uldum (and a quest from Ulduman leading to the gate of Uldum) are in classic wow, a portal which cannot be accessed because the area was never completed. I completed the whole quest WAY WAY back when and I was always disappointed that the storyline never went anywhere, even kept the useless disks as a memento hoping that maybe one day Blizzard would revisit the storyline and finish it. You can say they did when they finally implemented Uldum... but it wasn't even connected to this long-lost portal or the questline... What about the Sunken Temple, that storyline also dead ends never to be picked up again... So many interesting plot threads just left hanging... despite more than 20 years of wow...

Pretty sure that the Qiraj are native to Azeroth and were only corrupted by the old gods Edit: nvm they're related. The Aqir at least came directly from the old gods, some of whom then went on to take over Ahn'Qiraj

Olds Gods purpose is to corrupt a world- soul. I tought Outland didnt have a world-soul.

Of all the races it was also my favourite region. I could never quite enjoy the first 20-30 levels in another region. The night elves had Teldrassil and Ashenvale, and those enchanted forests are very immersive, but like many others I always took the ship to Eastern Kingdoms and the painful journey through Wetlands, all the way to Stormwind, only as to avoid questing in Darkshore. Not that Darkshore doesn't have its own charm, but it felt a bit too gloomy. Duskwood is gloomy too but there was always more bright regions around it you could easily return to. A sense of going back to peace. And on Horde it could get kinda tedious as it was one dry climate and open landscape zone after another. Even so, they were beautiful in their own way, but after a while the vastness got to me. The zones in Kingdom of Stormwind are very nicely balanced. Stranglethorn Vale as a follow up was amazing as well!

Unfortunately back in the day there was emphasis to the story. I remember myself leveling for quite some time and I was just excited with that. Doing quests and exploring the world and a story to unravel. I remember trying to "steal" even 30 mins to play and explore Stranglethorn and being excited avout what I will find next. Now leveling has been degrated to a means to reach end game content labeling it "tedious" aka boring. And to be absolutely honest, I think Blizz should do something about it.. So that people can actually go back and experience it as we did.

Correct me if im wrong but the area you fight Arrazius the cruel (spelling?) For the overlord quest his area looks similar to the portals, possibly having been broken

so, about yogg not being a giant squid covering all of northrend, blizzard have actually confirmed that old gods are HUGE, and if we were to actually kill them it would most likely kill azeroth with how deep they are, which is one of the reasons yogg said during his death that we sealed our fates(before they retconned him fully dieing)

An entire RPG could be made just fleshing out the human starting zones with way more detail and story.

Ghostlands is hands down the best questing zone in WOW.

next night elves. The 1st time I played wow it was with a friend who really likes warrior and humans so naturally as a night elf, I travelled to stormwind and begun my journey there with them, the thing is that another friend when she discovered that I play wow noticed and told me basically "wtf was I doing in westfall as nightelf" and that i should start my journey in teldrassil and dark shore... since then I always start night elves there and slowly pivot to eastern kingdoms because people I play with always play there but never heard the entire story of kalimdor, or played night elves as it should be played. It would be nice to hear their story...

I love these Vanilla WoW quest lore. They remind of old rpgs such as Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights, Icewind Dale etc. This is why I love Vanilla
